Payment and prices
All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any shipping and payment fees, as well as VAT.
We offer the following methods of payment:
- KLARNA CHECKOUT
Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and secure for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. One of the nice things about Klarna Checkout is that we separate purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with Klarna invoice or Klarna account – or with card or bank transfer. Everything is equally secure.

Deliveries and returns
We offer the following delivery methods:
- Postnord (3-5 days delivery)
- Pick up at the store
As of now we only offer shipping within Sweden.
Terms of delivery are also stated in the checkout under each delivery method. If nothing is stated, up to 30 days of delivery time apply. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to the respective item. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by email. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or freight forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
Returns
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we will pay the new shipping from us to you.
14 day open purchase
We follow the Distance Contracts Act and therefore you have the right to return ordered goods within 14 days. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or a major part of it). The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original carton.
If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being of lesser value, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's decrease in value from the amount to be refunded. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You will be responsible for the return costs when you return the item.
